Mountain States Region had our long traditional Kangeiko at Denver Dojo. The theme of the training was to sweat. Osu.

On August 5th - 7th, 2022, We had our annual regional summer camp with the guest instructor, Shihan Hiroyoshi Okazaki.
On July 23rd & 24th, 2022, We had demonstrated our Karate in public at Dragon Boat Festival. We drew many spectators. Click here.
On May 7th, 2022, Senpai Dan Muller, one of the oldest students of Sensei Yaguchi, was our guest instructor. Good O'l traditional hard training. Osu

On March 26th, 2022, after two years of absence, we had our ISKF regional tournament. Let the fun begin! See pictures.

On January 24th-29th, 2022, traditional Kangeiko (Cold Traingin) was held at Denver dojo, where our members trained at dawn. This is more like spiritual training where we look forward to the coming year.

On December 8th, 2021, ISKF Colorado hosted Christmas Party with great Jazz musician band, lead by Justin Adams. Wonderful, wonderful music at Denver Dojo. Happy holidays to everyone.

On November 6th, 2021, we had a surprise visit by Sensei Cathy Cline from Northwest region. She was the one of the founder of ISKF of Colorado back in 1974. Her dedication and knowledge in Karate are well-respected around the world. Having two founders, Yaguchi Sensei and Cline Sensei, in the training was such an honor.

At 8800 ft high, our Mountain States Region had this camp at YMCA Snow Mountain Ranch on July 30th - Aug1st, 2021. It was so wonderful and spectacular to have many Karate-ka gather in one place. Smiles, sweats, and friends...what more can we ask?

Legend had returned. ISKF Colorado had this honor to receive Yaguchi Sensei's informative class on July 10, 2021. Many had enjoyed this special training. Sensei's class always gives aspiration to all generation of Karate practitioners. Thank you, Sensei. Osu!

ISKF Colorado adds more variety of Japanese traditional martial arts. We welcome Front Range Aikikai to offer authentic hardcore old style Aikido, Iaido, and Weapon classes. Click here for more details. We are so excited about our new friends at Denver Dojo.

THANK YOU! On June 30 - July 2, 2017, ISKF Colorado had our camp at Snow Mountain Ranch. Our guest instructor was Sensei Yaguchi. We had a wonderful time! Although many pictures have already been posted in social media, we have more pictures. Click here.

On December 17, 2016, Sensei Yaguchi had his last seminar at Lone Tree Recreation Center. With this seminar Sensei had finished all his official instructions. He retired from his organizational duties after over 60 years. As he is a legendary icon in Karate world, we will surely miss his presence and instructions.
